In order to provide young people with the opportunity to learn a trade as well as to ensure qualified staff on board in the future, trafomodern has decided to cover its own needs by training its own apprentices in order to become electrical technicians. The electrical technician trade includes the construction of equipment, machines, and systems that are needed fort the production, tranformation, distribution, and use of electricity. The apprenticeship takes 3½ years in a dual system, i.e. most oft he training happens in the company and 10 weeks per year are spent at a vocational school... more
